Our low-cost room hire options include two large halls, two small meeting rooms and our light and airy atrium. All rooms can be booked by the hour, and can include full use of our kitchen facilities. Please contact us for details of our community, commercial and private hire rates.
The Centre is heated and ventilated with free community WiFi throughout the building. All rooms have optional access to lightweight tables, chairs, meeting equipment and our accessible kitchen.
Our facilities are designed to enable maximum accessibility for all visitors, including a wheelchair stair lift to access our first floor. We have a hearing loop installed. We have fully accessible toilet facilities and a spacious baby changing room. Please contact us with any enquiries about accessibility.
We have ample, free on-street parking available, and can be accessed by public transport.
Our main hall can accommodate up to 80 people and includes a fixed stage and dancefloor. The hall is 41 x 27 ft and 11 ft high, with a fixed 19 x 15 ft stage.
Hall 2 can accommodate up to 60 people and includes a fixed stage, glass roof, underfloor heated dancefloor and use of additional, separate toilets.
Our sunlit and spacious atrium is available as a separate meeting space, and can accommodate up to 20 people.
We have small meeting rooms available for meetings of up to 3 people.
Our commercial-sized kitchen can be accessed from both halls and our atrium, and exclusive access can be included with room bookings on request. The kitchen is fully equipped including crockery, cutlery and glassware.
IT services are run from our IT Suite on the first floor, which offers access to desktop computers and a black-and-white printer. For more details of IT services, please contact info@hkproject.org.uk
